This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the successful execution of a project from start to finish. Their primary role is to ensure that projects are completed within the defined scope, budget, and timeline while meeting the desired objectives.

Job Summary:
The Installation Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the successful execution of a project from start to finish. Their primary role is to ensure that projects are completed within the defined scope, budget, and timeline while meeting the desired objectives. This position can expect to work closely with multiple teams within the company, including the department manager, the field team, and the administrative support staff.
The successful candidate should exhibit the consistent ability to:
- Implement company vision
- Monitor project expenses to ensure efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial targets.
- Work with estimating and engineering to successfully turn over projects and complete from design phase to completion and through warranty.
- Schedule daily manpower and forecast future workload.
- Work with project team to secure equipment and material for projects.
- Work with field team on design issues and project changes. Write change orders and RFI’s for these.
- Work with support staff to bill out jobs on a monthly basis based on project cost.
- Building and leading a team to assign project tasks, provide clear communication, and guidance to team members throughout the entire project.
- Assist with employee management, reviews, technician training needs, and licensing requirements.

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of project management experience required
- Some experience with HVAC installation preferred
License/Certification:
- Driver’s License required

Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable):
Security Clearance is not generally applicable but may be required for some customer sites. A background verification will be required.
