Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager at Wingstop in the Brooklyn and Queens area. The AGM will help support the General Manager with managing daily operations, overseeing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.
Key responsibilities include
- Weekly inventory
- Unloading truck orders
- Overall organization and cleanliness of the store
- Managing a staff of 10 or more
- Supporting the GM with the schedule
- Payroll
- Onboarding and training new staff
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service management role is required (3+ years preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- ServSafe Manager Certification- required
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
- Experience working with Aloha POS systems
All candidates must be ready, willing, and able to work a fully flexible work schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the fluctuating business demands.
