This position provides service and training to GOMACO customers and dealers on set-up and operation of equipment. Position utilizes strong customer service and trouble shooting skills to ensure customers are satisfied with GOMACO products and confident in their ability to operate the GOMACO equipment.
- Test and repair of equipment at customer site
- Provide customer training to assist and enhance the use of GOMACO machines
- Provide assistance for special projects and to other departments as needed
- Instruct GOMACO personnel in the field
- Provide customers with telephone support for start-up or trouble shooting
- Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager
- High School Diploma Graduate/GED required
- Computer literacy and working knowledge of spreadsheets and Word documents
- Experience in Hydraulics, Fabrication, and Welding
- Good customer relations and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
