As a Cabinetry Sales Representative at Abodian, you will be key in driving our sales efforts by engaging with potential and current clients. Your main duties include:
- Clearly communicating information about our company and products.
- Setting and managing realistic client expectations.
- Designing client-focused solutions that meet their needs.
- Following up with clients in a persistant, non-intrusive manner.
Responsibilities:
- Foster strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
- Maintain an active prospecting campaign to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
- Follow up with leads promptly through visits, emails, texts, and phone calls.
- Gain a deep understanding of our cabinetry capabilities and limitations.
- Visit customer sites and attend meetings to gather necessary design information.
- Manage and grow sales within assigned accounts.
- Keep the customer database up-to-date using our CRM system.
- Assist in Planning, hosting, and attending industry events
Qualifications:
- Positive teamwork attitude focused on service, integrity, and growth.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Multiple years of successful cabinetry sales and design experience.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting sales goals.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and 20/20 Design or similar design software.
- Possession of a book of business or substantial industry connections for a fast start.
- Previous experience in residential construction, preferably custom homes, and higher-end multi-family infill construction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
