Responsibilities:

Minimum of 5 years of experience working in business operations or similar function

Ability to establish trust and cooperation between multiple departments along the revenue cycle.

Associate degree in business administration or healthcare field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Demonstrated ability to lead others either formally or informally.
-
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-
Ability to work in self-directed manner while interacting with patients, physicians and all medical center faculty and staff.

Ability to communicate and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
-
2 years of previous supervisory or management experience.
-
Considerable experience in revenue cycle management, medical billing, health access, or medical administration.

Experience in the successful management of high volume patient access functions for a large academic medical center.
-
Epic systems experience.
-
Previous experience working with Electronic Medical Records.

Familiarity with OSUWMC and its entities.
Qualifications:
- The supervisor assists in the management of all Patient Contact Center operations.

The Supervisor has primary responsibility for the daily management of all patient scheduling processing. This includes direction of staff in programmatic operations needed to assure compliance with quality standards and regulations established by the Medical Center.

The Supervisor will also assist in the development of job descriptions, postings, and hiring, as well as oversee the orientation and training of new staff assuring compliance with departmental policies and operations.

As part of the ambulatory clinics, interacts with clinic managers to facilitate efficient communication and process coordination.
Pay Range: USD $22.80 - USD $34.21 /Hr.
