Job Description:
The Customer Service Rep with Glacier Design is responsible for ensuring effective inbound and outbound calls while maintaining great phone skills. This role involves communication with technicians, handling customer concerns, and managing office procedures to promote an efficient business environment. An important aspect of this role is providing great customer service by resolving issues promptly and maintaining a positive relationship with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are exceeded.
Job Functions:

Communicate call-by-call with technicians by dispatching and closing out calls

Assists in handling customer concerns

Responsible for managing office tools and procedures to promote an efficient business

Work with other departments to create and implement tracking tools and business systems

Managing a full schedule of quality and opportunity calls for technicians

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly needs of the service schedule

Manage the business phone and internet systems

Ensures that customer-related issues are resolved in a manner consistent with the company's policies and objectives

Organizes and inputs data/information for new client accounts

Schedule and manage out-of-state service calls with customers and subcontractors

Assists with customer collections when needed

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm - There is flexibility for remote work after the training period is completed.

Starting Pay:

$16.00-$18.00/hour + commission for each new service booked through a technician
