Unlock Your Potential and the Best Version of Yourself at Brauns Law – Where Excellence Meets Purpose!
We need personal injury intake specialists who can use their sales abilities combined with their genuine sense of empathy and desire to help people transform phone inquiries into satisfied clients.
Your Roles
Screening and Qualification for Sign-Ups: Evaluate the potential client's facts and circumstances on predetermined criteria. Make informed decisions and refer ineligible clients to alternative resources or services.
Documentation Excellence: Pay scrupulous attention to detail while completing and preserving intake forms, applications, and all associated documents. We are a data-driven firm and you will be maintaining heavy lead data regarding attribution - the marketing source, contact type, etc.
Referral Management: You oversee all inbound and outbound referrals for the Firm. This includes not only new callers but also litigation referrals to partner firms.
File Opening and Closing Administrator: You are the bookends to the case. After signup, you are responsible for doing the initial file opening in our case management system and then transferring the file to case management. When a file is closed, you will close out the file in case management and our intake system, ensuring all KPIs and data are accurate for reporting purposes.
Effective Communication: Collaborate seamlessly with legal professionals, staff, clients, prospects, and leadership. Your communication skills are essential.
After-hours Backup: You will oversee our after-hours call center, which can handle intakes and signups. However, you are expected to follow up on after-hour leads where the call center could not get the lead to sign within 2 hours of calling. You will receive a per-case bonus amount for your efforts.
