Our behavioral health department is expanding, and we are looking for a skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our dedicated team of professionals.
Position Overview: As a Remote Clinical Supervisor in our Behavioral Health Department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the clinical practices and patient care strategies of our organization. This position requires a dynamic, compassionate, and experienced leader who is committed to the highest standards of clinical supervision and patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to a team of mental health professionals including psychologists, social workers, and counselors.
- Ensure the delivery of effective and evidence-based patient care across diverse populations.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the clinical skills of the team.
- Review and maintain clinical documentation and compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with other department leaders to align clinical goals with organizational objectives.
- Manage caseloads effectively, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and participate in program development and evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (PhD, LCSW, LCPC) with a current license in the state of Indiana.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in behavioral health settings.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health modalities, including crisis intervention, psychotherapy, and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and patient populations.
- Proficient in using telehealth platforms and digital health records.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical clinical practices.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $38.66 - $50.00 per hour
