We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative procedures.
**Duties:**
-Guide individuals around office-area
-Maintain the area clean and organized
-Customer service, effectively helping out individuals
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments for managers
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
**Qualifications:**
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with phone systems and office management procedures
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
