PPC, will be seeking a Client Service Coordinator to become an in-office member of our team at our Lake Oconee(Eatonton) location for early Q2, 2024. This position serves as critical support liaison between PPC and custodians, investment managers, insurance companies, clients, and the rest of our internal Operations team. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
· Proactively resolve client inquiries, including significant direct client contact
· Assist advisors with client meeting preparation and meeting follow-up
· Prepare and Process investment account applications, account transfers, money movement authorizations, alternative investment subscriptions, etc.
· Prepare customized client reports
· Input and maintain client information within CRM, custodians, and alternative asset databases
· Track outstanding client transfers and purchases/redemptions of alternative assets.
· Organize and track activities / action items
· Scheduling client and advisor meetings
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree preferred; business related field preferred
· Proficiency in Excel and Word required
· Excellent written and verbal communication skill
· Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
· 3-5 years of operations experience in the financial services industry preferred but not required
· Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
· Must be comfortable with constantly changing technology as we utilize multiple cloud based computer software systems
Compensation
40-65k salary based on experience
