Our firm has an immediate opening for an experienced full-time Personal Injury Case Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of cases while providing support to our clients. You should have a passion for helping others and a dedication to providing the highest level of customer care.

Responsibilities:
- Must know how to work with and manage a diverse group and how to pivot.
- Must know medical management and how it ties into case management.
- Familiar with case and claim values.
- Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, health care entities to gather information, provide updates, and coordinate patient care.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in coordinating patient care and follow-up appointments.
- Provide support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the case management process.
- Utilize case management software to track and document case progress.
- Gathering medical reports.
- Determining the extent of damage covered by the insurance policy, along with other basic litigation duties.
- Handling all types of pre-litigation cases including auto, dog bites, slip and fall, premise, pedestrian, and government claims.
- Opening claims, sending representation letters, setting clients up with medical providers, managing appointments, running policy limits, requesting police reports, sending D.M.V. documents, requesting medical records, bills, and confirming medical balances.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of responding quickly to the needs of the clients.
- Coordinate and monitor services provided by various agencies and organizations.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in personal injury is a MUST.
- Bilingual in Spanish (REQUIRED)
- Must be organized excellent at multi-tasking.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate medical records and complex medical information.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and client interaction.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
- Critical thinking and problem solving to determine the best course for each client.
- Ability to manage a high caliber caseload while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Experience assisting doctors and patients in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using case management software and Microsoft Office.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience with Personal Injury Case Management

Pay: $32 - $38 per hour + compensative bonus
