Role and Responsibilities
The Customer Experience Representative is responsible for providing a superior customer service to customers and a supportive environment for the best customer care. In addition, the CXC representative will be responsible for prioritizing high volume phone calls, data entry, and any other administrative needs. The CXC Representative will support Belmar Pharma Solutions management in carrying out the mission of the company.
Responsibilities include:
- Inputs all customer demographics and billing into LifeFile System
- Answers and triages phone calls while providing excellent customer service
- Pharmacy email communication and triage
- Manages shipping and billing profiles
- Follows up on customer payments
- Maintains compliance with Company and HIPAA patient confidentiality requirements
- Follows all policies and procedures set forth by Company
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must exhibit excellent customer service skills and empathy
- Excellent communication skills, listening skills and attention to detail
- Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, data entry, email, internet
- Good math skills are essential
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Possesses a strong work ethic
- Retail or customer service experience
