What you’ll be doing at Autism Care Partners: Behavior Technicians (BTs) work one-on-one with learners at our center, and sometimes in their home, implementing BCBA-designed clinical plans that help learners build critical communication, social, and other adaptive skills. You will learn how and why people behave and will contribute to the social communication growth of the clients we work with. Education and Experience

Minimum High School Diploma or GED required

ABA Experience preferred, will train motivated individuals!
Physical Demands

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Must be able to frequently assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) while attending to the needs of active children.

Must be willing and able to utilize quick body movements as indicted in the Behavior Intervention Plan while working with challenging behavior.
