- Compensation: LCSW/LMFT/LPCC- $100,000-$120,000, ASW- $68,000-$74,000
- Plus Bilingual Pay Differential

LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or ASW RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and diagnose mental health conditions.
- Provide short-term counseling for various issues including depression, anxiety, and addiction.
- Engage in crisis intervention, case management, and coordinate with mental health crisis teams.
- Maintain clinical records and adhere to contractual and billing standards.
- Participate in clinical meetings and support integrated primary/mental health care.
- Contribute to quality improvement in behavioral and integrated care models.
- Offer consultations, adhere to reporting requirements, and potentially supervise interns.
- Efficiently balance counseling, case management, and administrative duties in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a diverse environment.
- Supervise and develop staff, be proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Open to both California licensed social workers (LCSW, LMFT, ASW,) and unlicensed that have relevant social work experience and qualifications.
- 1 year experience in clinical case management.
- Master Degree (MSW) and a registration (ASW) or license (LCSW) from the state behavioral health board.
- Knowledge and experience providing mental health services to disadvantaged populations.
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices for the treatment of depression and other mental disorders.
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Fluency in Spanish
