Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions, providing an opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support employee onboarding processes, including orientation and training coordination
- Aid in performance management tasks such as tracking evaluations and feedback sessions
- Assist with HRIS data entry and maintenance, utilizing systems like Kronos, iCIMS, and Paychex
- Collaborate on projects related to employee engagement and retention
- Help maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Support payroll activities and ensure compliance with relevant policies
- Contribute to HR initiatives such as benefits administration and policy development
Skills:
- Strong interest in human resources practices and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
