Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to merge the roles of Project Manager and Scrum Master within their esteemed Project/Portfolio Team, spearheading a Top 5 initiative in the Infrastructure Engineering domain. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in spearheading our AI program, initially overseeing their support in backlog management, metrics compilation, communications, and reporting for our pilot phase. As we navigate this journey, your proactive approach will be key, making this position an exciting blend of project management, Scrum leadership, and adaptability. While technical proficiency in AI is not mandatory, familiarity with its concepts to collaborate effectively with teams and document progress is essential. Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience as an IT Program Manager with a strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks used to manage risks and issues unique to technology projects.
- Experience driving and supporting large scale initiatives- infrastructure and/or DevOps related projects would be ideal.
- Experience working in a large enterprise-level environment and comfortability working across highly matrixed groups.
- Ability to drive project vision with minimal guidance and comfortability with ambiguity.
- Experience working within diversified Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, etc. environments.
- Advanced MS Office experience (MS Project, Visio, Excel).
- Experience with Project Management tools (Azure DevOps preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong work ethic, detail orientation, and passion for excellence.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with people across all levels and organizations internally and externally.
- Bachelor's Degree that's either Technology or Business focused.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
