We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our Healthcare team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee orientation and onboarding processes
- Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process
- Manage payroll activities and ensure accuracy
- Utilize HR systems such as Paycom for data management
- Implement talent management strategies to support employee development
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and compliance requirements
- Assist in social media management related to HR initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in human resources functions
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures
- Familiarity with strategic planning in HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
