**Position:**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Staff Physical Therapist to join our team full-time. This position is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about sports performance, rehabilitation, and providing exceptional patient care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough physical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on physical therapy treatment and rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
**Qualifications:**
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- Valid state license to practice physical therapy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for sports performance and rehabilitation.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
