Title Clerk
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk/Finance Administrator to join our team. The Title Clerk will be responsible for processing title documents and assisting Finance Department in processing vehicle sales documents.
Duties:
- Process title documents accurately and efficiently with CVR software
-Input vehicle purchase documents to Reynolds and Reynolds DMS
- Billing of delivery paperwork
- Assist in resolving any title issues that may arise during the transaction process
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any inquiries related to titles
Experience:
- Previous experience in a title processing role preferred
- Willing to train the right candidate
-Detail and accuracy in document preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Noon to 8 PM.
- Friday and Saturday 9 to 5
