Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen supervisor or chef
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, equipment, and utensils
- Follow food safety standards and guidelines during food handling and storage
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Support in dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
