Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of recruitment and talent acquisition.
Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate flow
- Conduct cold calling to potential candidates
- Assist in campus recruitment efforts
- Support employee evaluation processes
- Collaborate with HR team on sourcing strategies
- Assist in executive recruiting activities
- Manage talent pipelines and support talent management initiatives
- Managing all folders for HR Team (Scanning, Filing)
Experience:
- Prior experience with UltiPro or similar HR software is preferred
- Familiarity with ADP for payroll processing is a plus
- Strong understanding of HR sourcing techniques
- Knowledge of best practices in recruiting and employee selection processes
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
