Job will be in the home of a patient in the Omaha metro area.
Must be reliable and steady in your job attendance. This is critical
Able to work with patients in their homes.
Be a good learner. No experience needed. We will teach you proper care giving methods.
Must pay attention to detail.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Must be compassionate about working with the patient and their family.
Must be able to communicate! This is important when being a care giver.
Must be able to be on your feet during your shift and able to lift 30 lbs.
You will be a companion to a person in their home. This includes helping clean the house, preparing meals, assisting with personal care and hygiene, having conversations, playing games, medication reminders and possible transportation.
Must be able to build trust with the patient and the family.
You must be able to work independently. Once trained you will be one on one with the patient.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
