Air Equipment Rental Corp is expanding! We are a specialty rental organization looking for a fleet technician/light driver to be an active member of our close-knit team. As a small business, we need someone with a task-oriented attitude who can play multiple roles throughout a day or week, from maintaining the fleet and delivering equipment to housekeeping, all while providing superior customer service all along the way. Hours are 8 am - 4:30 pm unless otherwise necessary. Pay will be commensurate with abilities/experience.
Daily Responsibilities
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, inspecting, and repairing a variety of portable air compressors.
Transporting equipment to and from rental job sites.
Job site visits and repairs as needed to service our customers.
Completing repair orders, records and logs as needed.
Performing preventative maintenance and oil changes as directed by manufacturer recommendations.
Communicate with customers while troubleshooting issues and problems on privately-owned and company-owned equipment.

Occasional availability for afterhours service calls as needed.
Tools applicable to the position and necessary to complete the job.
Some familiarity with Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to maintain safe operations by following safety policies and procedures.
Willingness to step outside of traditional roles to aid the forward movement of the branch.
Strong verbal and written skills.
Dependable transportation to and from work daily.
Company vehicles are available for all service-related duties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
