Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated E-commerce Bookkeeper & Business Development Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in QuickBooks and WooCommerce, eager to learn inventory management with Cin7Core (Dear Systems), and proficient in basic productivity tools like Excel. This entry-level position offers the chance to grow with us and make a meaningful impact on our business operations.
Responsibilities: **
- Perform daily bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
- Research and identify new products to stock, promote, and track performance.
- Troubleshoot inventory management issues using our inventory system.
- Issue and track purchase orders, handle supplier invoices, and oversee the receiving of merchandise.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure the accuracy of inventory data.
- Complete required online training courses for our software systems promptly.
- Review social media and website content, product listings, pricing, and promotions for accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance, and suggest ways to improve.
- Provide customer support for online inquiries and issues.
Qualifications:
