mroads, a cutting-edge HR technology company, is excited to invite a dynamic HR Project Admin to join our innovative team at our Plano, Texas office. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our Account Manager and Director, playing an integral part in managing the day-to-day operations of our specialized recruiting projects. We seek a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates exceptional diligence. As a key contributor to our team, you will ensure seamless business transactions with our valued clients, driving our mission forward with excellence.
This position will begin as a part-time role (20-25 hours per week) with the potential to transition into a full-time position. It will be a hybrid role based at our Plano office, requiring onsite presence 2-3 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Team Support: Collaborate with the Account Manager and Director to support specific teams on client projects, ensuring smooth onboarding, tracking consultant performance, and facilitating employee engagement activities.
- Timesheet Management: Verify accurate recording of timesheets, address issues or questions related to timesheets, PTO, on-call duty, and holidays.
- Attendance Tracking: Work with the HR team to maintain accurate records of absences or tardiness.
- Consultant Check-ins: Conduct quarterly check-ins with consultants to gather feedback on project progress, address any issues or questions, and build strong relationships.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics as needed, including booking hotels, flights, car rentals, etc.
- Presentation Assistance: Assist in creating presentations for consultant refresher courses, employee engagement, and performance improvement.
- Office Administration: Support office-related tasks, including answering phones, sending emails or invites, scheduling events, etc.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years in a recruiting or HR role with hands-on experience working within an HR team.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a strong focus on grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, particularly in interactions with consultants.
- Presentation Skills: Proficiency in creating impactful, informative, and well-crafted presentations via Powerpoint
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to conduct phone conversations that connect and build strong relationships with consultants.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
