MediaLab is looking for a Billing Specialist. As a Billing Specialist, you will have an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing company while performing billing tasks that directly impact our customers' ability to access their subscriptions. Responsibilities and Duties:

Process Purchase Orders (PO's) in full, including demographics and emailing of invoices.
- Monitoring outstanding customer balances to ensure that each account is paid on time and in full. MediaLab clients are on an annual subscription set-up.

Ensure that client demographics are current and up to date when processing payments.
- When processing payments, ensure that subscription modules update automatically, if not, manually update with correct expiration dates.
- Prepare and submit statements of account upon request.
- Issue refunds when applicable - adhering to the MediaLab policy for refunds based on use.
- Process client credit card payments as tickets come in through Zendesk.
- Answer client questions over the phone, through email and through Zendesk tickets.
Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years' experience
- Experience with subscription billing systems (SaaS).

- Attention to detail
- Collaborative working style with colleagues across the organization while confident to make and own critical decisions

Meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
