As a Senior Finance Manager, FP&A here at Honeywell, you will hold a critical leadership position within the Productivity Solutions & Services (PSS) business unit. In this role, you will drive the financial success of the PSS business unit by developing and executing comprehensive financial strategies that align with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business strategies. Your expertise in financial analysis and forecasting will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for business expansion and mitigating financial risks.
You will report directly to the CFO of PSS and work very closely to Director FP&A PSS. You'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the PSS business unit by leading the Financial Planning and Analysis function and providing strategic direction. You will develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with PSS business objectives, collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business strategies. Your insights and recommendations will drive revenue growth, optimize profitability, and minimize costs within the PSS business unit. Additionally, your financial analysis and forecasting will identify business expansion opportunities and mitigate financial risks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Driving the Financial Planning and Analysis function within the PSS business unit and supporting the strategic direction

AOP and Formal Forecasts: preparation and analysis; standardize templates, timeline, process and communicate with stakeholders. Analyze, assess and prepare submissions with PSS finance and CFO

Drive various digitization projects as business requires in adjusting reporting structures (wall to wall profitability, verticalization)

Coordinate, communicate and complete monthly financials forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Working Capital, Cash Flow)

Develop and with finance leaders execute sustainable working capital improvement with key stakeholders

Drive stronger controls around Fixed Cost controls

Supporting in the development and execution of the comprehensive financial strategies aligned with PSS business objectives

Collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business strategies

Providing insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth, optimize profitability, and minimize costs within the PSS business unit

Conducting financial analysis and forecasting to identify business expansion opportunities and mitigate financial risks
YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles

Proven track record of driving financial performance and achieving business objectives

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices

Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office

Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team

Excellent communication and presentation skills
