Alchemy Development is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Construction Project Manager will work closely with the construction team, clients, and office admins to ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed within the specified timeframe and budget
- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and deadlines
- Coordinate and manage construction site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct site inspections to ensure that construction work is progressing as planned and to identify and address any issues that may arise
- Manage and direct a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors, engineers, and laborers
- Develop and implement project management plans, including resource allocation, project timelines, and budget planning
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Manage and track project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
- Ensure that all construction projects are completed in accordance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with clients and to understand project requirements and to ensure that projects are delivered to their satisfaction
- Utilize project management software, including ProCore and MS Projects, to track project progress and to manage project documentation
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and techniques
- 5-7 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proficiency with project management software, including ProCore and MS Projects
- Experience with project scheduling and the ability to develop and implement effective project management plans
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to direct and manage a team of construction professionals
- Experience working on construction sites and knowledge of construction safety regulations
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations, and the ability to ensure compliance with these standards
- Ability to read and interpret construction schematics and plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
- Experience with construction estimating and budgeting processes is a plus

Pay: $95,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
