```Duties```
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare and serve meals according to individual dietary needs and restrictions.
- Assist patient with housekeeping
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Assist with ambulation and transfers to ensure patient safety.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records.
- Follow infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Experience working with seniors, individuals with developmental disabilities, or patients in nursing homes is beneficial.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic medical procedures is desirable.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems for documentation purposes.
