Yuma is building Autonomous AI Agents dedicated to customer support and e-commerce. We have a fairly advanced platform supporting more than a hundred paying customers. Our agents are powered by knowledge and processes. They take actions and fetch external information from internal apps as needed.
Our top merchants are automating up to 60% of their support tickets through Yuma.
Yuma was founded by Guillaume Luccisano, a 3rd time YC founder.
We're still a small team of fewer than 15 people, but we're moving quickly! Speed of iteration is key. Over the past year, we've built and improved our product and tech significantly, and we've recently reached a high-quality threshold, delivering ever improving value to our customers.
Product has been founder-left since the start but we are now reaching the stretching point and it’s no longer viable long term. To scale further, short term we need a new person to help leading products initiative.
This role will make you work closely with our founder, Guillaume, in defining product direction, features and executing on them.
We are looking for someone who can autonomously have a significant impact on our product in the short term, and will:
Coordinate overall product efforts between internal teams and our clients.
Conduct research, brainstorm, and offer product and feature specs.
Gather and use metrics to inform product decisions.
Manage part of the product timeline and maintain our Linear up to date with ready to go issues.
Engage directly with our clients daily.
Track product development progress and thoroughly test every new iteration before release.
Continually push the limits of what our design and engineering teams can achieve.

You previously made a significant impact on the product at a rapidly growing startup. You consistently strive for excellence, are pragmatic, and can manage the ambiguity of a complex product in a fast-paced environment. You thrive in the chaos of a startup. AI has changed the product dynamic, and you need to be ready for that challenge.
You care about metrics and empathize with the user. You have a 3rd sense and the exceptional ability to put yourself in the user’s shoes. You never settle for a mediocrely built feature and you always push for better.
You enjoy speaking with users to collect feedback and understand their issues. You thrive even more when you can return to them the next day with solutions to their problems.
