Under the supervision of the Executive Chef, the Dishwasher is responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen area at all times. Following all procedures to ensure the dining and cooking utensils and equipment is clean and sanitized during every shift. Removal of all trash and recycling out of the kitchen to the receiving hallway and dumpster. This position also makes it a priority to restock all the dining utensils in the wait staff area for the service of meals. Will assist in keeping all food storage areas clean and organized. Is responsible to assist or manage a food service delivery. Required to assist in light food prep and/or assembly line of plating foods as needed. Must obtain and keep an updated "Food Handler" license from DPH at all times. Other job duties as assigned.
Must have a working knowledge of all kosher procedures as it relates to the maintenance of kitchen areas.

Organizes and keeps clean the storage rooms after food orders arrive.
Places all trash in the proper containers.
Sweeps and mops floors, removes trash and recyclables to the loading dock.
