We are excited to launch a brand new campaign in the Raleigh area, and are looking for a Customer Enrollment Representative to join our team. The Customer Enrollment Representative will act as the first point of contact between our clients and potential customers within the community. The Customer Enrollment Representative must be able to communicate with an enthusiastic and engaging tone to our client's potential customers.
The Customer Enrollment role will be required to complete training on a range of company standards, including but not limited to: marketing and sales strategies, compliance standards, business operations, lead generation, training and development of others, human resources, and territory management. Entry-Level Customer Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:
- Effectively demonstrate and explain the services available directly to customers inside major retailers
- Engage customers on our client's promotions and discounts to increase interest in signing up for monthly services
- Manage all displays and adhere to all compliance requirements
- Learn all relevant information on our clients, their products, and available services
- Receive further training and development from members of our leadership and management teams to be able to grow within our organization
Requirements of a Customer Enrollment Representative:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Must be able to commute throughout the local area
- Must be able to follow strict compliance requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing role preferred
- 0-2 years of experience working in retail, sales, customer service, or related role
- Must have a passion for helping others and working in a team environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods
