The Account Manager position will be with our Commercial Maintenance Team. Daily responsibilities will include but not limited to:
· Effectively communicate with clients
· Manage crews (Time, Schedule, Equipment)
· Setting goals, meeting all standards
· Ensure all crews have proper equipment, tools, training and proper safety gear
· Establish and maintain relationships with clients
· Perform site evaluations, ensure high level of quality
· Manage budgets and crew labor hours.
· Present site enhancement ideas to our clients
· Estimating new projects and enhancements
Skills required:
· Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
· Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
· Well organized and detail oriented.
· Ability to learn and utilize new software.
· Self-starter, social skills, team oriented, sales, initiative
· Understand or learn varieties of plant material and be able to identify landscape products: Plants, mulches, gravels, and other materials.
· Estimating (not required, we will train)
· Basic knowledge of commercial irrigation
· Landscape Design Experience
· Ability to field measure (plant beds, turf areas, and other areas as necessary) to determine quantities of materials required such as soil, mulch, and gravel.
Education/Licenses:
· Bi-lingual (English/Spanish preferred)
· High School or equivalent

Pay Rate Range: Based on experience

Pay: $44,600.00 - $53,700.00 per year
