We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative with a strong background in new construction and appliances. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a deep understanding of the new construction and appliance industries.
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage with customers via phone and email to understand their needs and provide product recommendations.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and property managers involved in new construction projects.
· Offer expert advice on a wide range of appliances suitable for new construction.
· Stay updated on the latest products, features, and industry trends in new construction and appliances.
· Provide detailed product information, including benefits, features, and specifications, to customers.
· Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the sale.
· Prepare and present quotes and proposals tailored to the customer's needs.
· Follow up on leads and quotes to convert potential opportunities into sales.
· Enter sales orders accurately into the system and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
· Monitor order status and keep customers informed of any changes or delays.
· Resolve any post-sales issues or concerns promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
· Work closely with the outside sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
· Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
· Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer preferences and market trends.
· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
· Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and results to the Sales team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the new construction and appliance sectors.
- Strong understanding of the construction process and appliance specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Proficient in using Microsoft 365 applications, CRM software, and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of inside sales experience, with a focus on new construction and/or appliances.
