Our growing physical therapy practice is seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team on a PRN basis. As a PTA, you will work closely with our licensed physical therapists to provide exceptional care to our patients.
Essential Job Functions:
- Work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Perform therapeutic exercises and activities with patients
- Assist with manual therapy techniques and modalities
- Document patient progress and communicate with the physical therapist to adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families about their treatment plans and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications:
- Active license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of [State]
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Ability to treat patients of all ages and conditions
- Current CPR certification
