```Duties```
We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Verify insurance coverage and process payments
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
Experience:
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks is a plus
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties and EMR software is advantageous
- Experience in medical records management or medical administrative support is beneficial
