Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, email, and chat interactions. Uphold impeccable phone etiquette, resolve inquiries with empathy, and ensure each customer enjoys a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Prior customer service support experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at handling challenging situations with professionalism
- Proactive approach and a positive attitude
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM software and QuickBooks knowledge a plus
