Position Title: Compounding Coordinator
Reporting into Title: Pre-weigh and Compounding Operations Manager
Position Purpose/Summary: Coordinate and ensure the timeliness of the movement of raw and finished goods to and from the department.

Position Responsibilities-Tasks-Deliverables

All duties as assigned and the following specific activities.

Coordinate the movement and locating of all incoming components and chemicals.

Communicate with other department coordinators to properly locate inventory in order to improve the inventory flow for a more efficient manufacturing process.

Oversee and assist with receiving inventory

Oversee and assist with the transferring of raw components to the compounding department, and moving finished goods out of the department

Oversee and assist with the return to stock of raw components.

Audit compounding reporting to ensure quality and accuracy of consumption and output

Responsible for training all Compounders, pre-weighers, and bulk-unloaders
Knowledge-Skills-Abilities
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
-
Associates Degree in relevant topic strongly preferred
Experience :
-
3 – 5 years’ experience in a dispensary environment, or equivalent.

Ability to comprehend GMPs, SOPs and identify compliance and non-compliance with same.

Basic mathematical skills, experience with metric system.
Technology/Software:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Communication:

Solid English reading/comprehension skills required to understand detailed SOP, formula and Manufacturing Instructions.

Hearing: Must be able to hear and understand work direction in a loud, distracting environment
