Responsibilities
- Welcome & comfort guests as they visit our office.
- Provide consistent, high-quality service and hospitality to guests, in-office, and as needed, through email or by phone.
- Partner with the Operations Manager in daily operational tasks, such as scheduling, tidying, preparing for closing/opening.
- Collaborate with the entire office team, including our Dentists & clinicians, to optimize operations to positive impact guest experience.
What we're looking for
- You have at least 1 year of experience working in a front desk, customer service focused role
- You are an outgoing, kind and compassionate individual who thrives in a busy environment and believes that keeping things organized is an essential part of getting anything done.
- You are extremely customer-centric and obsess over the smallest details to enhance our patients’ experience in the office. You constantly go above and beyond to make each one of our patients feel special.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are equally comfortable responding to emails, texts, phone calls or greeting patients in person.
- You are extremely detail oriented. You constantly double and triple check your work and ensure that you've addressed every possible scenario within your workflow.
- You pride yourself on never leaving a patient’s question unanswered and always follow up on patient's requests.
- You have relevant previous experience with a demonstrated track record of successful customer service.
- You have very strong computer skills and like tinkering with new software products to streamline your workflow. You are constantly looking for ways to use technology to make yourself and the office more efficient.
