Job Summary:
The Working Supervisor at Hi Pressure Inc. is responsible for overseeing daily
operations, ensuring the safety and efficiency of the team, and maintaining high
standards of quality in the field. This role involves direct supervision of staff, hands-on
work, and coordination with management to achieve company goals.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supervision and Leadership:
Lead and supervise a team of Crew Leaders and Crew Members.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on skill and
workload.
Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on
time.
Conduct daily briefings and debriefings with the team.
Mentor and train new employees.
2. Safety and Compliance:
Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed by the team.
Conduct regular safety inspections.
Report and address any safety hazards or incidents immediately to upper
management.
Ensure & Enforce compliance with all regulatory requirements and
company policies.
3. Operational Efficiency:
Monitor and optimize workflow processes to enhance productivity.
Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, implementing corrective
actions.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is in good
working condition.
Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate supplies are
available.
4. Quality Control:
Ensure all work meets the company’s quality standards.
Conduct regular quality inspections of work performed by the team.
Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance quality.
5. Communication and Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the team and upper
management.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Operations Manager.
Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other
departments.
Coordinate with scheduling and logistics to ensure timely project
completion.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs,
progress reports.
Prepare and submit required documentation to management.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
7. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
Address and resolve any operational issues that arise during the shift.
Make informed decisions to maintain workflow and productivity.
Escalate complex issues to the Operations Manager as needed.
8. Training and Development:
Identify training needs and opportunities for team members.
Organize and conduct training sessions to improve team skills and
knowledge.
Support the professional development of team members.
9. Workforce Management:
Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
Approve time-off requests and manage attendance.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team
members.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a
similar industry.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for
extended periods.
Willingness to work in various environmental conditions.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position, with occasional overtime as required.
Monday – Friday evenings and nights.
May involve working shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
