Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced, global environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing TeKnowlegde’s social media strategy to increase the online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives and brand identity.

Manage all social media channels, including LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and X.

Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure consistent social media messaging across regions.

Monitor trends in social media platforms, tools, applications, design, and strategy to stay ahead of the curve.

Create engaging, high-quality content (text, image, video) that reflects the brand voice and appeals to B2B audiences across business lines.

Develop paid social media campaigns, including boosted posts and sponsored ads, managing, and optimizing ad spend.

Utilize Hootsuite or similar tools to schedule posts, track social media engagement, and analyze data to optimize campaign performance.

Prepare detailed reports on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, including key metrics like reach, engagement, and lead generation.

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

At least 5 years of social media management experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the tech industry.
Skills & Tools:

Proficient with Hootsuite and other social media management tools.

Strong understanding of social media metrics and data analysis.

Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with internal and external teams.

Proven experience in significantly increasing a B2B tech company's social media following and engagement will be an added advantage.
