Community Teaching Homes, Inc. is a non-profit Behavioral Health agency providing outpatient counseling and placement services. We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of our Administrative Specialist. Full time & part time positions are available.
Essential duties included, but are not limited to:
- Ensure meticulous documentation to maintain quality assurance to uphold compliance & confidentiality
- Act decisively and responsibly during emergencies, adhering to critical notification protocols
- Foster positive relationships with treatment team members & collateral contacts
- Participate actively in meetings, conferences, and agency consultations in a professional manner
- Assist in developing & updating policies & procedures
- Review records to ensure quality & compliance, providing feedback as necessary
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives, performance indicators, and strategic planning efforts
- Gather data for accreditation, certification & licensing submissions
- Build rapport and collaborate with stakeholders to uphold best practices & transparency
- Coordinate tasks, documentation & communication for efficient service delivery
- Welcome and assist clients & visitors, maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring timely appointments. Maintain aesthetics of the office environment.
- Respond to customer inquiries comprehensively, maintaining professionalism and accuracy
- Input & manage date in spreadsheets or databases efficiently
Potential duties based on skill set and training:
- Develop & revise Service Plans
- Provide direct support services and actively participate in problem resolution
- Collaborate with youths' collateral contacts to ensure interagency collaboration
- Prepare written reports & complete all service documentation as mandated
- Engage stakeholders in the mission & vision of CTH, including Board Members, committee members, parents & personnel
- Undertake duties of the Placement Director during extended absences, as needed
- Provide social skills training & support to maintain youth in community-based care
- Deliver psychotherapeutic interventions to stabilize youth
- Identify strategies & treatment options & facilitate referral & linkage to necessary community supports
- Participate in clinical treatment team meetings and medical reviews to ensure care coordination
- Supervise day-to-day activities of youth in home & community settings
Requirements:
- High School Diploma. Technical training or college degree preferred.
- 3 yrs of experience working with youth preferred
- Experience in a Behavioral Healthcare setting preferred
- Availability to work core hours as required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
- Ability to pass all pre-employment requirements
- Must be at least 21yrs of age
