The LPN is responsible for providing healthcare services administration in accordance with State and DCPP regulations for adolescents in a community group home. Comply with standards set forth by the NJ State Board of Nursing and Agency policies. Observe and document residential response to psychotropic and non-psychotropic medications in the Electronic Health Record. Complete APN/Physician orders. Provide on-going nursing assessments and nursing treatments on residents in accordance with NJ nursing licensing standards and Agency policies.
Hours:
Full Time, overnight from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Monday - Friday

Education/Experience:
Must have completed an accredited LPN program and possess and maintain licensure as a LPN. Must possess and maintain current professional CPR certification.
