Our client, a thriving Moving Brokerage company situated in Boynton Beach, is on the hunt for professional, punctual, and passionate individuals to fortify their exceptional team of customer service representatives. As a key player on their elite team, you'll deliver top-notch service to esteemed clients and ensure their inquiries and concerns are resolved swiftly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will boast knowledge of the moving brokerage industry, the ability to use the software Granot, and will exude eloquence, professionalism, intelligence, and courtesy.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with a rich variety of customers daily.
- Masterfully use the software Granot to effortlessly document interactions with customers, receive updates on tasks, assist in estimates, and handle client information.
- Guide clients through the intricate world of long-distance moving and storage solutions.
- Address the apprehensions of customers considering canceling services.
- Devise innovative and effective remedies for client challenges.
- Team up with a vibrant, dynamic group of professionals.
- Consistently maintain punctuality, professionalism, and a positive demeanor.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of the Moving Brokerage industry AND experience using the software Granot.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication prowess.
- The capability to retain business by addressing the concerns of customers considering cancellation.
- The capacity to excel in a high-energy environment and multitask like a pro.
- An upbeat and professional attitude with an eagerness to tackle any problem head-on.
- Dependable transportation to the Boynton Beach location.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-5:30pm, and 10am-2pm every other Saturday.
Compensation:
- Earn $700-$1000 per week, commensurate with experience.
