We are looking to add a new member to our team in a full time position. Working in the call center for BioServ Inc., your job is to promote the best experience for all current or potential clients while maintaining a positive attitude while working. A key aspect of the job is being knowledgeable of the services we provide and sell. The ideal candidate must have detailed customer service experience.
As a call center representative you must:
- Answer telephone calls promptly & professionally
- Assist clients with any requests or questions
- Complete your work in a timely manner
- File any incoming documents daily
- Create quotes and service agreements for any new client requesting information and update any old ones per request
- Participate in making sales calls
- Complete drivers paperwork packets when necessary
- Print all labels, manifests & orders
- Handling special projects
Required experience:
- 3 years in a high volume call center
- 5 years of customer service
- Appropriate email and phone etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Ability to multitask is a must
