Availability & Schedule Requirements
- This is a part time position with flexible hours and pay based on your experience and availability.
- Currently hiring for Fall after school Enrichment Programs (6 week session with varying date ranges from July 29-December 20) and Fall Break (Sept 23-Oct 11) with the ability to continue with the role during Winter, Spring Break, Summer programs as well as Spring Enrichment programs and other programs.
- Hands-on, immersive training will take place at various programs on July 8-July 26 in order to train for afterschool enrichment and fall break. You must have some availability during that time frame to be considered.
- After school enrichment program positions for 2024-2025 school year require training during July 8-July 26. Must be available on 1-5 days from 2:30-4:30 Mon-Fri, 12:30-2:30 on some Wednesdays in order to be considered for enrichment. School placement is based on your home, school or work location to minimize travel time. You must be able to work well independently and manage a classroom of up to 18 students while delivering project-based curriculum and activities.
- Weekday School Year program times vary, so additional programs may be available.
- Flexible schedule is a plus.
Job Requirement & Responsibilities

- Quicker learner with the ability to learn & deliver curriculum to Pre-K to 8th graders.
- Present, engage, & facilitate themed educational activities with crafts, games, experiments & demonstrations in an entertaining but educational way.
- Excellent work ethic.
- Strong verbal communication skills ability to follow direction in a fast-paced environment.
- Patience, stamina, & ability to be on your feet constantly for at least 8 hours.
- Communicate professionally with team members, program staff, & children.
- Reliable transportation, insurance, & arrive to programs on time.
- Obtain or have a fingerprint clearance card.
- You must have and maintain a professional appearance.
- Events are hosted at various school districts and youth program locations across the Metro Phoenix area so you must be able to travel to those varying locations.
- Growth opportunities for Facilitator Trainer and Program Manager available after 6 months of consistent, stellar performance.
