Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the designated market.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Outside Sales Representative preferred
- Willing to train motivated individual
- Proficiency negotiation skills and business development
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build productive business relationships
- Experience in account management and meeting sales goals (preferred)
- Familiar with Zoom Info or other related sales software
