Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our Audiology team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and sales support.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate services or products
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Perform data entry to update customer information accurately
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact with a diverse customer base
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Experience in insurance billing and verification
- Proficiency in data entry for maintaining accurate records
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous
