ABOUT OUR CLINIC
Joy & Laughter Developmental Therapy was founded in 2012 to empower therapists, parents, and children to work together to reach the highest outcomes. We saw firsthand how other pediatric therapy clinics were run: with a lack of communication between staff and limited options for parents. We decided that we could do it better, and we have! Not only do we encourage parents to be intimately involved with their child’s therapy, but we also foster a collaborative environment for our team to truly make a difference. When our amazing team works together, we help children blossom!
WHAT WE BELIEVE IN
- Collaboration – When we work together and brainstorm the best approach to a child’s therapy, we can provide exceptional service for the children in our care.
- Communication – We are successful because our administrative staff, therapists, volunteers, and team leaders understand that communication is key to effective therapy and a good company culture.
- Compassion – Our close-knit team is full of dedicated professionals who truly want to help children and their families achieve their developmental goals.
