Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Line/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality. As a Line/Prep Cook at Twin Lakes Golf Club, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where teamwork and creativity are celebrated.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces.
- Banquet and restaurant crossover.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar role preferred.
- Culinary degree or certification from an accredited institution is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
